I made this by wedging \u003cmeta charset=\"utf-8\"\u003ezirconium vanadium pigment into a white clay to turn the whole clay blue. I then hand rolled it into a slab using a rolling pin, traced, measured and cut out each piece before assembling it to make the wall altar. Once the altar is dry I fire it in the kiln, then brush it with a clear glaze, and fire it again to make the final product. \u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp class=\"p1\"\u003eThe wall altar is a design I came up with in thinking of ways to bring together my love of ceramics and my love of growing flowers. The tube on the right can hold dried flowers (it is not meant to hold water), while the base shelf and half shelf can display any treasures or keepsakes. \u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp class=\"p1\"\u003eHang with a nail and a command strip (to help it hang straight)\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp class=\"p1\"\u003eDimensions: about 9.25in high, 7.5in across, 1.25in deep \u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp class=\"p1\"\u003eThe color can be hard to capture in a photo.
